お問い合わせの際、商品名/素材（プラモデル以外）と完成時の大きさを教えてください。そして完成時の画像やパッケージの画像があれば添付してください。

修理・修復等の見積もりを依頼される場合は上記の内容に加え破損している部分とその部分が本来どこに付いているのかがわかる全体や全身の画像もください。

お返事に少々時間がかかる場合がございますのでご了承ください。

Please inform us the item’s name and material if possible and also the approximate size of the item. Also please attach the item’s picture (after built for model kits) and the item’s box or package if there are any.

If you are inquiring of the repair fee, in addition to above, please attach the picture of the broken area and also the picture of the entire item so we can see which part of the item is broken.
